Catwalk for Clean water
Each April, we commemorate Earth Month by collecting funds for local and global non-profit organizations that enhance our planet and communities.
This year, our fundraising initiatives encompass a range of events and chances to contribute. The Institute of Beauty and Wellness will organize a Clean Water Catwalk, where all proceeds will be donated to Alliance for the Great Lakes and the Clean Lakes Alliance. Additionally, we will support these foundations through accepting donations, rounding up purchases, and providing entertaining spin-to-win opportunities for all our in-store guests.
Institute students have taken sustainable fashion to new heights by creating stunning looks from recycled materials. They scour junkyards and collection bins for unique objects to incorporate into their designs, resulting in a fashion experience like no other. These ensembles are judged by industry professionals.
Audience members can enjoy the show, interact with the pieces, and receive services from Institute students. All proceeds from ticket sales support Alliance for the Great Lakes & the Clean Lakes Alliance, two organizations who advocate for keeping our lakes clean and safe.
