Teach facials, waxing, body treatments, peels, and advanced services on a flexible, as needed substitute basis at our Milwaukee campus.
About the role
The Institute of Beauty and Wellness in Milwaukee is looking for a licensed Esthiology Instructor to train and mentor future estheticians, teaching facials, waxing, body treatments, peels, and advanced services while preparing students for their state license exam.
This is a flexible, as needed substitute role covering vacations, leaves, and call outs, so it suits an esthetician who wants classroom time around an existing schedule.
What you will do
- Teach core esthiology curriculum, including facials, waxing, body treatments, makeup application, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and advanced services
- Coach students with feedback that supports technical and professional growth
- Prepare students for their Wisconsin state license exam
- Train students on Aveda and Ultraceuticals products and protocols
What we look for
- Active Esthetics license in Wisconsin
- Experience in advanced services such as peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, and lashes
- Teaching, training, or leadership experience
