About the role
Aveda Institute Chicago is hiring a licensed Esthiology Instructor to train and mentor future estheticians, teaching facials, waxing, peels, and advanced services full time, 30 to 40 hours per week.
What you will do
- Teach core curriculum, including facials, waxing, body treatments, makeup application, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and advanced services
- Coach students with feedback that drives growth
- Prepare students for their Illinois state license exam
- Train students on Aveda and Ultraceuticals products and protocols
What we look for
- Active Illinois Esthiology Instructor's license
- Experience in advanced services such as peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, and lashes
- Teaching, training, or leadership experience
