About the role
Trade late nights and unpredictable bookings for a stable schedule. Aveda Institute Madison is seeking a licensed Esthiology Instructor to train and mentor the next generation of estheticians, teaching facials, waxing, peels, and advanced services.
What you will do
- Teach core curriculum, including facials, waxing, body treatments, makeup application, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and advanced services
- Coach students with feedback that supports technical and professional growth
- Prepare students for their Wisconsin state license exam
- Train students on Aveda and Ultraceuticals products and protocols
What we look for
- Active Esthetics license in Wisconsin
- Real world experience in advanced services such as peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, and lashes
- Teaching, training, or leadership experience
