About the role
The Institute of Beauty and Wellness in Milwaukee is hiring an Aveda Advisor to be the first impression of the brand, greeting guests, recommending Aveda and Ultraceuticals products, and managing front desk scheduling in Zenoti.
What you will do
- Create a warm, five star experience for every guest, student, and team member
- Recommend Aveda and Ultraceuticals products based on guest needs
- Schedule appointments and check out guests accurately in Zenoti
- Follow the Aveda Service Wheel for a consistent guest experience
- Maintain up to date product and service knowledge, including pricing and timing
What we look for
- Previous retail and guest service experience
- Beauty industry experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings

- Do I need beauty industry experience?
- It is preferred but not required. Retail or guest service experience is the core qualification.
- What does a typical shift look like?
- Greeting guests, checking them in and out in Zenoti, and recommending Aveda products. It is a fast paced, guest facing front desk role.
