About the role
Aveda Institute Madison is hiring a polished, people loving Aveda Advisor to be the first impression of the brand, delivering five star guest experiences and supporting retail, scheduling, and front desk operations.
What you will do
- Create a warm, five star guest experience from arrival to checkout
- Recommend Aveda and Ultraceuticals products based on guest needs
- Manage appointment scheduling and checkout using Zenoti
- Follow the Aveda Service Wheel for a consistent guest experience
- Maintain up to date product and service knowledge, including pricing and timing
What we look for
- Previous retail and guest service experience (required)
- Beauty or wellness industry experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
