The Institute of Beauty and Wellness in Milwaukee is hiring an Admissions Coordinator to guide prospective students from first inquiry through enrollment, building relationships with local high schools, community partners, and walk in prospects, and supporting the full enrollment and financial aid process.

What you will do
- Respond to inbound inquiries and lead prospective students through campus tours and program information sessions
- Represent The Institute of Beauty and Wellness in Milwaukee at high school career fairs, community events, and other recruiting opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with high school counselors, community organizations, and referral partners
- Guide prospective students through the admissions process, from inquiry to enrollment
- Assist students with financial aid applications and questions
- Track and report on recruiting activity, lead follow up, and enrollment outcomes

- Prior experience in admissions, recruiting, sales, or education preferred
- A genuine people person who connects easily with prospective students and families
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing a pipeline of leads and follow ups
- Reliable transportation for occasional travel to community and school events
