As the Director of Spa for the Edgeless Beauty Group, Kali oversees a diverse portfolio of brands, including Neroli Salon Spa (with five locations), the Institute of Beauty and Wellness (Milwaukee, Madison, and Chicago), SKNBarRx (Shorewood and Pewaukee), and the distribution center for Ultraceuticals skincare.
In addition to her leadership role, Kali is also an instructor at the Institute of Beauty and Wellness, where she teaches both esthetics and massage therapy. Her commitment to education allows her to share her expertise and guide the next generation of beauty professionals in mastering the latest techniques and industry best practices.
Kali leads her esthetics team with a focus on delivering the most advanced, results-driven treatments available. Her team specializes in microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, Aveda facials, and Ultraceuticals treatments, always using science-backed skincare to ensure optimal results. Kali ensures each treatment is customized to meet the unique needs of every guest, emphasizing the importance of homecare product recommendations that complement in-spa services.
As a licensed waxing specialist, Kali is known for her precision and expertise in brow shaping and Brazilian waxing, ensuring that clients feel comfortable and well cared for during every service.
Kali is also an intuitive massage practitioner, blending deep tissue, Swedish relaxation, and energy work to address the mind-body connection of each client. Her philosophy centers on the belief that every person’s pain or injury has a unique blend of physical and emotional factors, and treatment should reflect that individuality.
