The school spans three floors of a five-story building in downtown, equipped with a salon and barber clinic lab, spa clinic lab, nail suite, auditorium, classrooms, and a student lounge that includes locker storage. Nestled between the Milwaukee River and Lake Michigan, it is located in the vibrant Historic Third Ward of Milwaukee, a neighborhood known for its array of locally-owned restaurants and cafes, particularly those within the Milwaukee Public Market, which is conveniently situated just across the street from The Institute of Beauty and Wellness.
