We are looking for an Educator to join our cosmetology team!
The Institute of Beauty and Wellness Milwaukee is hiring! We offer flexibility in schedules to allow educators to work in salon and educate the future of our industry!
Class Schedule Times
Monday – Thursday: 9am – 4pm
Friday: 8:30am – 4pm
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate and implement core curriculum, training, and evaluations
- Help students with state board preparations
- Observe and mentor clinic floor
- Assist in coaching student development
- Implement company systems and policies
- Maintain knowledge of Aveda products and services
QUALIFICATIONS
- State of Wisconsin License in Cosmetology
- Two years of experience in the industry
- Prior teaching, training, or leadership experience
- Love for the beauty and wellness industry
- Aveda experience is a plus
