YOGA CLASSES

We offer daily yoga classes for all levels in our OC Hansen Auditorium located at our Aveda Building in the Historic Downtown Third Ward. Meditation and Pranayama (breathe work) are intended to create a mindful space, which is why incorporate those techniques in before and after every session.

MEET OUR INSTRUCTOR:

Jason Cummings has been practicing yoga for 20 years in various styles, including Hatha and Ashtanga. He began teaching 12 years ago, after settling into the Iyengar (alignment-based) style of yoga, and studied with his teachers for three years before receiving his national certification through the Yoga Institute in Houston, Texas. He aims to generate an enduring interest in yoga among his students, and help them deepen the connection between body and mind.
