Cultivating Mindfulness can reduce the negative physiological and psychological effects of stress reactivity, as well as help us develop more effective ways of responding positively and proactively to stressful situations and experiences.
In this workshop, we will investigate what stress is, and also look at how our alarms and reactions to stress can create unnecessary secondary suffering. “It’s not the stressors, but how you handle them”. Stress is inevitable. Suffering is workable.
