YOGA CLASSES

We offer daily yoga classes for all levels in our OC Hansen Auditorium located at our Aveda Building in the Historic Downtown Third Ward. Meditation and Pranayama (breathe work) are intended to create a mindful space, which is why incorporate those techniques in before and after every session.

PRICING: April classes are complimentary with a $5 donation to our Earth Month Partner, The Water Council.

LOCATION: Check in for class on the second floor of Aveda IBW.

MEET OUR INSTRUCTORS:

Lizzie Holloway trained at the foothills of the Himalayas in Rishikesh, India at the Himalayan Yoga Academy. She has recently returned home to Wisconsin after teaching gardening and yoga to young adults at a residential horticulture therapy program on the Big Island, Hawaii. She views yoga as a path to calming the mind, cultivating self-love, and rediscovering our connection with the universe.

Jason Cummings has been practicing yoga for 20 years in various styles, including Hatha and Ashtanga. He began teaching 12 years ago, after settling into the Iyengar (alignment-based) style of yoga, and studied with his teachers for three years before receiving his national certification through the Yoga Institute in Houston, Texas. He aims to generate an enduring interest in yoga among his students, and help them deepen the connection between body and mind.
